BOOKING INFORMATION:

1. A non-refundable retainer is required for booking, and the remaining balance is required the day your session begins. The retainer fee is the initial payment towards your photo shoot. If the photo shoot is rescheduled, postponed, or canceled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the retainer fee is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to Stitch of Class Photography. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of Stitch of Class Photography's materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
    

2. If you reschedule your shoot within 72hrs of our session you will not be required to pay a rebooking fee and you can reschedule your photo shoot session. Less than 72hrs reschedule, the client will have to book a new session and pay a new non-refundable retainer fee.​ ​
    

3. CLIENT will obtain all permissions necessary for PHOTOGRAPHER to photograph at the SHOOT. PHOTOGRAPHER has no duty to obtain permission of reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate thereon. CLIENT understands and agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to photographer, or which prevent photographer from photographing the SHOOT(s) is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of photographer. 

4. If CLIENT is more than 15 mins late to their session a $25 inconvenience fee will be added to the remaining balance. After 25 minutes late your session will be canceled and any payments made toward your session is Non-Refundable.

CAPTURE AND DELIVERY:

1. Any EDITED PHOTOS being expedited sooner than 7 business days will receive a expedite fee no mater if its one photo or all photos. EXPEDITE FEE STARTS AT $100.
    

2. Photos will be delivered via Pixieset within 48 hrs. Client makes selection of photos to be retouched and can download photos via Pixieset link...then the retouched images will be delivered 7 business days after making the selection. The link will stay active for 14 days after retouched photos have been uploaded to your temporary personal gallery. After the 14 days final edits are delivered the link disappears. If I have to reupload the gallery there is a $20 service charge.
