Cancellation Policy

A ​non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve the dates and times of the SHOOT(S). The retainer fee is the initial payment towards your SHOOT(S) and guarantees that PHOTOGRAPHER will not have any other obligations during the time that the CLIENT wishes to use the PHOTOGRAPHER's services. If the SHOOT(S) are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the retainer fee is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to the ​PHOTOGRAPHER​. If the CLIENT would like to reschedule a new shoot, a new ​non-refundable initial payment ​retainer fee and contract would be required to reserve the new date. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of the ​PHOTOGRAPHER​’s materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
